NOW PROVIDING MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT GROUPS
In-person groups are based in Jacksonville FL., however, our online groups are open to you regardless of what state you live in! These groups are appropriate for individuals 18 years and older who are struggling with addiction, mental health concerns, life stressors, life transitions, etc.
There are many benefits to attending a Mental Health Support Group including, feeling less lonely, isolated or judged,
feeling validated and normalized, being able to share your experiences with others who are going through similar challenges. Groups can reduce distress, increases vulnerability, enhance learning skills, provide resources and tools to better navigate your symptoms and circumstances.
There are both in person and Telehealth groups available. In-person groups are based out of Jacksonville, FL and Telehealth groups are available to individuals across the country via Zoom!
There is a $45 fee per person per group session or a discounted rate if you choose to pay for a membership at $160 per month
I am currently providing a Wellness Support Group, Anxiety/Depression Support Group, a Friends and Family Support Group, and a Young Adults Transitional Group.

Group Dynamics
Friends and Family Support Group
The Friends and Family Support Group is for the loved ones and support systems of those individuals struggling with Mental Illness. This is a Psychoeducation group to help peers learn more about mental illness and how to be supportive of their friends and loved ones.
In this group we will be taking an educational approach to better understand the symptoms and dynamics of mental illness. This group is open for those struggling with mental illness to come with their support systems, as well as, for individuals who are simply curious about how to better support someone they know with mental illness. The group is designed to grow and learn together, so come with your questions and concerns!

Every Wednesday: In Person 6:30pm-8:00pm
Wellness Group
The Wellness Group is for anyone who is struggling with overall health and balance. This could be job stressors, mental health stressors, relationship struggles, season of life and transition, grief, loss, etc. Whatever is throwing you off, come process it with others who are also struggling.
We will be discussing topics such as Coping Skills, Self Care, Time Management, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Boundary Setting, Grief and Loss, Effective Communication, Purpose and Identity, and overall Spiritual, Mental, Physical, and Emotional Wellbeing.

Depression and Anxiety Support Group
The Depression and Anxiety Support Group is designed specifically for those struggling with the symptoms of or diagnosis of Depression and/or Anxiety. This is a safe space to connect with others who are struggling with similar symptoms and are looking to increase practical skills and tools to navigate life with mental illness.
In this group we will be exploring Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Tools and Techniques to help reduce symptoms. We will use Psychoeducation to learn more about the diagnosis and symptoms of Depression and Anxiety to increase knowledge, understanding and awareness.

Emerging into adulthood often means letting go of parental security, a transition that can leave many 18-30-year-olds feeling unmoored as reality doesn't always meet expectations. Our virtual peer support group offers a safe, organic space to find your own security and confidence during this pivotal life chapter.
We will be discussing how to build a sense of stability that comes from within, not from your parents; adjusting expectations and learning to eb and flow with curve balls; learning essential life skills; increasing emotional resilience, and facilitating community and connection. Gain camaraderie of peers who are also navigating the bumpy road to adulthood and independence. Discover practical tips and advice for adequate adulting. Engage in genuine conversations that validate your experiences and encourage personal growth.
